Acting for the long term goes so against my own internal dialogue, how about you?
Although immediate gratification may feel good right now, we all know from experience how quick the high fades. What if we consistently asked ourselves, "How will I feel about this decision in one year?" immediately our view changes and new thoughts appear that WILL inspire new decisions!! It's amazing!
