Each year fall comes and I must force myself to slow the pace and see the beauty around me. It happened this time in Vancouver while working. A storm passed over dumping heavy rain and hail on my truck, then a clearing sent a clear strong beam of light to a stand of trees. It hit me in a flash, I pulled over and opened my bag wondering how the delicate leaves were still attached after enduring the fury of Mother Nature. `Christopher
