It can be so easy to focus on what is missing, or the complaints of others, their voices confirming the absence of something. Once that becomes habit, despair follows it like the plague. Do we criticize our gas tanks when empty for missing the fuel needed to move on? No, we simply take action to fill it up. So why not do the same with ourselves and others?
