The Tacoma Narrow's Bridge before second span was added in the first half of the 1990's. Some may remember the historic background of this bridge the first structure Galloping Gertie having fallen in a windstorm in the 1940's.
This image is important to me because it is not the first time I have shot it with a lightning bolt. This is significant as lightning in the Northwest is fairly rare.
